Shipments
- Open Shipments to see pickup and drop-off locations.
- Tap View Shipments to check recipient name, address, and phone number.
- To start delivery:
Route Planning → Calculate Route → Accept → Start Delivery
Tip: You can manually select your route’s start and end points from the Routes screen.
Routes
The Route screen helps you manage your deliveries efficiently
Route Overview
- Total and remaining shipments
- Live map view
- Estimated time and distance (updates automatically)
- Cash pickup details for COD shipments
- Generated optimized route
Shipments List
Each Shipment entry shows:
- Shipment Number.
- Receiver name.
- Sender name.
- Sender address Tap to opens Google Maps or Waze.
- Number of packages
After Pickup
The app automatically arranges deliveries in the best order.
Important:
If new shipments are added by a sender after you have already created a route:
- End the current route
- Create a new route plan
- Pick up the new shipments to include them to route.
Delivering a Shipment
For each shipment, you can:
- View recipient name and address tap to navigate
- Scan the QR code to open the confirmation page
- Or tap Deliver to go directly to confirmation
- Confirm delivery using a photo or signature
- Cancel delivery if needed (select a reason)
- Use the call icon to contact the recipient, sender, or company
After confirmation, the app automatically moves to the next shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Enter the collected cash amount.
- If the amount is different from the required value, select a reason.
Delivery To
- Displays shipments that must be handed over to another driver.
- This screen is for reporting purposes only.
Receive From
- Receive shipments from another driver.
Notes:
- You can only receive shipments that the sending driver has already received from the sender.
- Use Receive All to accept all shipments at once, or receive selected shipments individually.

How do I start using the app?
Download Queen Delivery from Google Play or the App Store, log in with your username and password, then tap Online to start receiving delivery requests.
What are the main sections on the home screen?
The home screen includes six main sections:
Shipments: View available shipments.
Routes: Plan and follow delivery routes.
Delivery To: Shipments to be handed over to another driver.
Receive From: Receive shipments from another driver.
Earnings: View your earnings.
Wallet: Manage cash on delivery (COD).
How do I view shipment details?
Go to Shipments, then tap View Shipments to see the recipient name, delivery address, and phone number.
How do I start a delivery route?
From Shipments, go to:
Route Planning → Calculate Route → Accept → Start Delivery
You can also manually select the route’s starting and ending points.
What information is shown on the Route screen?
The Route screen displays:
- Total and remaining shipments
- Map view

What does the Shipments List show?
The Shipments List includes:
- Shipment Number.
- Receiver name.

What happens after I pick up shipments?
The app automatically organizes deliveries in the best possible order.
What should I do if a sender adds new shipments after I’ve created a route?
You must:
1. End the current route
2. Create a new route plan
3. Pick up the new shipments to include them in the route.
How do I complete a delivery?
For each shipment, you can:
- Navigate to the recipient’s address
- Scan the QR code or tap Deliver
- using a photo or signature
- Review notes and package details
- After confirmation, the app moves automatically to the next shipment.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Yes. Tap Cancel and select the reason for cancellation.
How do I contact a recipient or sender?
Use the call icon to contact the recipient, sender, or the company directly from the shipment screen.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
- Enter the collected cash amount.
- If the amount is more or less than required, you must provide a reason.
What is “Delivery To”?
Delivery To shows shipments that must be handed over to another driver.
